Leaders In Action 1, 2, & 3 (12-16 yrs)
Our goal is
to inspire, empower and support tomorrow's leaders,
today! Our leadership development camps provide
youth with training in leadership skills, communication,
teamwork and program planning. Leaders participate
in a variety of experienctial activities that develop
and challenge their leadership skills. Each level
of this leadership development continuum has two parts:
an educational component (two week session) and a mentorship
component (minimum one week session). Both parts
are required before moving to the next level.
Each educational component includes a trip to Bingeman's and an overnight camp out at YMCA Camp Heidelberg.
