The KW YMCA is open to all and
offers financial assistance to those in need.
The Strong Kids Campaign is a volunteer-driven
annual financial support campaign geared to funding
those children and families who might otherwise
be unable to participate in the YMCA. (Click

The Strong
Kids Campaign:
- Distinguishes the YMCA as a caring community
- Builds unity in our diverse population
- Tells the YMCA story
- Helps children access YMCA programs
- Enables everyone to experience the joy of
giving and helping others
2008 Volunteer
Campaign Co-Chairs, Carol Duke and Amy Ross are
working wiith a team of dedicated volunteers to
raise $135, 000 this year!
The Sirega
Family , Joseph, Mary Ann, & David have generously
offered to be the face of our 2008 campaign.
David tells why he has enjoyed his YMCA experience
and would like to give other kids the opportunity
to expereince the what he has. "At first
I though I wouldn't fit in and was timid to try
new activities. I have gained confidence
by now trying new activities. I like swimming
and am looking forward to taking the Teen Conditioning
course"
