Camp Registration
Registration is accepted in the order that it arrives at the Outdoor Services office in St. Clements. We recommend you register on-line to ensure your registration arrives to us as soon as possible. Registrations dropped off at the A.R. Kaufman YMCA are sent through inter-branch mail to the Outdoor Services office. Registration can only be confirmed by the Outdoor Services office.

Late Registration
After June 1, registration (and re-registration) will continue to be accepted as long as there is session availability for that particular camp.

Refunds and Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. Camp fees are non-refundable after

June 15, 2010, except for medical reasons (a doctor’s note is required).

Camp Fees
Camp fees must be paid in full by June 1, 2010. A deposit of $100.00 for residential camp, and $50.00 for day camp is required at registration. Post-dated cheques must be submitted with deposit or, if paying balance with credit card, you must indicate the date for your credit card to be debited.

Fee Assistance
The Kitchener-Waterloo YMCA believes that every child should have the opportunity to attend camp. Subsidy restrictions exist based on residency and session availability. Call us for an application form.(519) 699-5100

Parent Information Meetings

These meetings are intended for parents of registered campers, and for parents still "shopping" for a camp. For parents still looking, please note that our camps often fill quickly. All meetings are scheduled from 7:00-8:00 p.m. Please call us at (519) 699-5100 for additional locations and meetings.
