residential camps. If you worked at Wabanaki,
Ki-Wa-Y or Belwood, please send us quick email
with your full name (and former name, if it's
changed) current mailing address, email address,
phone number and the camp(s) and years you worked
at that camp. Please tell any of your friends
and family who worked with us, and encourage them
to add their names as well.

Latest Projects
at Camp
This
site will provide regular updates about what is
happening at all three of our
camps.

Wabanaki
Future
island docks are being constructed by the Amatol
group and YMCA staff. Groundwork for new sailing,
canoeing and kayaking docks started in the fall
of 2009.




Greb
Boathouse
A boathouse
on the island will be under construction Spring
2010.


L.I.T.
Site
A new
L.I.T. site on the island consisting of two teepees,
a yurt, washouse,
and
an outdoor meeting areas are all connected by
bridges of decking.




Outpost Building
Wabanaki
has built a new Outpost building tobetter
facilitate the ROOTS and tripping program.
Ki-Wa-Y
Teepees
were erected at Ki-Wa-Y and Wabanaki for
L.I.T. accomodation. L.I.T.s now train at all
camps: 2 weeks at Wab and Ki-Wa-Y, and a changeover
weekend at Belwood.

Belwood
introduced BMX biking in 2004 and its popularity
continues to grow.
