Relationship Between the YMCAs of Cambridge & Kitchener-Waterloo

In June 2007, the YMCA of Cambridge and the Kitchener-Waterloo YMCA agreed to formalize an ongoing collaboration arrangement. Each Association continues to exist with its own Board of Directors and is able to be responsible and responsive to their communities. At the same time, they are moving to operate with a common organizational structure that will assist their ability to respond to the future needs of their communities.
